We step in during the final weeks to bring everything together. We confirm all the details, create a custom timeline, and become the main point of contact for your vendors, family, and wedding party. On the wedding day, we are behind the scenes managing the schedule, handling any surprises, and making sure everything flows smoothly. This way, you can stay present and truly enjoy every moment.

In the months leading up to your big day, we’ll meet twice to ensure everything is on track. During these meetings, we’ll:

Be on-site all day to ensure everything is executed smoothly and according to your vision
Be available for the rehearsal dinner to prep the wedding party

As much as you’d like! We’ve worked with couples who prefer to be hands-off and give general direction, as well as those who want to be involved in every decision—big or small. Some clients like us to narrow choices down to three curated options for each decision, while others want to collaborate closely throughout the entire process.
